AILA Officiates Weddings at Eventective

Latest update 2/16/2012

An inexpensive wedding by AILA is an affordable marriage by an informed Ocala Florida Wedding Officiant and Notary Public.

Getting married changes your life radically!

I believe that helping to plan the vows also helps a couple to focus on the nature of the marriage they will forge and manage.

My role as Officiant is to help reflect your vision of your future life together.

When planning your big day, remember to choose an officiant who shares your spiritual values and with whom you and your fiancé/fiancée feel personally comfortable.

This is the beginning of your new life together—you don’t want just anyone presiding over it!

A little about me.

— I've been married for nearly 60 years, raised four children and am a proud grandmother and great-grandmother.

— My husband and I moved to Ocala from Dunellon, Florida, in 2003 and love this town.

— I am a mature, retired legal assistant honored to provide a useful, genial service to couples ready to commit to a loving, productive life together. I've worked for various law firms performing paralegal tasks and have been a notary public since 1991.

_ AILA is an acronym for my freelance document service, Affordable, Informed Legal Assistance, and I decided it could also mean Affordable I-do Love Assistance.

— I'm happy to render a traditional service, and/or collaborate on couple's unique vows, and/or theme, but I'm not a wedding event planner.

Tip: A wedding officiant is not a wedding planner, but often wedding planners have wedding officiants on their staff. If you or a friend or your parents or a sister is your wedding planner, try to ensure an early meeting in the wedding planning process. An officiant often can be a helpful ally. For instance, they can suggest a choice of venues that they’re familiar with, and that might match your wedding vision. A ‘get acquainted’ process is in your best interests.

Tip: Send your officiant a wedding invitation. It's helpful and also a cordial thing to do.
